LOCAL REPRESENTATION OFFICE FOR CUSTOMERS
Our office in Karachi is equipped to act as the local office of customers, taking charge of followups of orders, not just during production but even after the goods have been shipped.
IN-LINE & PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION/LAB TESTING
We conduct thorough InLine inspections continuously, checking a substantial percentage of goods randomly and dispatching the samples for customer’s review. A very vigorous Final Inspection is conducted before shipment to ensure no faulty goods are shipped as per the customer’s predetermined parameters. We also have samples tested at reputed Textile Laborataries if required by the customer.
ORDER TRACKING & SHIPMENT FOLLOWUP
Keeping the customer informed of the shipment status is very important so that the clearing and dispersement of goods are planned accordingly. We keep a regular track of the shipments till the time they have arrived at the destination.
